Mission: The Fabens ISD, counseling and advising program will create equitable career and college readiness opportunities for all students, through community partnerships, tools, and resources. 

Vision: Working together, the Fabens ISD counseling and advising program will provide support and empower every student to create and successful individual career and academic plan, from K-12.
