Mission Statement 

The mission of the Fabens Elementary Counseling Program is to provide a developmentally appropriate, comprehensive school counseling program that supports the social-emotional, academic, and behavioral needs of all students in Pre-K through 2nd grade. Grounded in the Texas Model and the ASCA National Model, we promote a safe and caring environment where every student learns to express themselves, manage emotions, build positive relationships, and develop the early skills necessary for lifelong learning and career readiness. Through collaboration with families, staff, and the community, we ensure that every child feels valued, heard, and prepared to reach their full potential.

Apoyar a todos los estudiantes de Pre-Kínder a 2.º grado enseñando habilidades sociales, emocionales y académicas en un ambiente afectuoso—ayudándolos a crecer, prosperar y prepararse para el futuro.

At Fabens Elementary, every child is nurtured in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where kindness leads, voices are heard, and feelings are respected. Our students grow into confident, compassionate learners who are empowered to explore their dreams, advocate for themselves, and build the foundational skills for academic success and future career pathways.
